You will be collected from your hotel depart on a late afternoon sundowner cruise on the zambezi river.
There are great photo opportunities against often-spectacular african sunsets, so don’t forget your camera!
The leisurely 2.5 hour cruise along mosi-oa-tunya national park and the islands, affords plenty of opportunities to see a variety of the zambezi’s wildlife, including hippo, crocodile, giraffe and even elephant crossing the river. Relax and prepare to see some of the exciting wildlife of the area as it comes to the rivers edge

Expect a wake-up call at sunrise and gather for tea or coffee before heading out at first light in an open safari vehicle. To explore the african bush at its best.
If you are lucky, the big cats will still be around after their night of hunting.
Relax during the middle of the day and maybe take a bushveld walk and just enjoy the sights and sounds of the bush.
Evening falls and you prepare for the night safari. In an open 4x4 land rover.
As the heat of the day cools, the inhabitants of the bush become restless, and the animals move out of the shade of the trees.
It is during evening safaris that the nocturnal hunters start stirring, and their prey needs to be alert for survival through the night.

Start your day before the sun rises, dunking a homemade rusk into a steamy cup of tea or coffee before setting off on your morning safari
Watch as the bush awakens around you; the dew glistens on the webs of the golden orb spider and lilac breasted rollers flash their startling sky-blue bellies as they flit past your game vehicle. Find out what has been happening in the dead of night and follow spoor of animals on the move.
Return to camp for a hearty breakfast
In the late afternoon, arm yourself with binoculars and cameras and set off with your ranger in an open landrover. Follow bush roads, using all of your senses to find the animals. Stop for everything of interest, possibly the spoor of hunting lions or a herd of dazzling zebras.
Back at the lodge, the campfire is blazing, heralding dinner under the stars.
Good wine and good conversation flow while you listen to the enchanting sounds of the surrounding bush coming alive at night.

Depart camp at sunrise to explore the african bush at its best. And find out what has been happening in the dead of night and follow spoor of animals on the move. The dawn chorus of birdsong is particularly memorable.
Return to camp for breakfast, to enjoy an abundance of home-made “goodies”, before checking out of your lodge
You will be met by your tour guide and depart for kmia airport, nelspruit for your flight to cape town

Arrive at cape town airport, where you will be met by your tour guide and be transferred to your hotel, where accommodation has been reserved on a bed & breakfast basis

Depart with your tour guide on a shoprt scenic tour of cape town, known as the mother city. Including the malay quarter, greenmarket square, houses of parliament and historical buildings. And companies garden
Take the cable car to the top of table mountain (weather permitting) and enjoy some spectacular scenery.
Continue to the cape winelands, stopping for a cellar tour and to taste the wines of the area, and stopping for lunch en route
Visit stellenbosch, the second oldest town in south africa, renowned for its stately oaks, historic buildings, famous university and surrounded by vineyards, orchards and mountains.
Also visit franschhoek, where the french huguenots settled after their persecution in europe.

Drive along the cape peninsula to the cape of good hope nature reserve, which extends along 40km of coastline and leads to cape point, according
To sir francis drake “the fairest cape that we saw in the whole circumference of the globe” indigenous fauna and flora are conserved in this priceless wilderness area. The south-western tip of the reserve is particularly lovely in spring when wildflowers carpet the landscape. The new lighthouse - the most powerful in the world - beams an electric light of 19 million-candle powers across the ocean. Ascend to the point and lighthouse by funicular.
En route, visit hout bay, once a small fishing community, now a popular residential area. Hout bay is the center of the snoek industry and headquarters of the crayfishing fleet.
Take a cruise to seal island, to view seals and sea birds at duiker island (weather permitting). During summer, several thousand cape fur seals – along with the rare black cormorant
Enjoy a visit to the enchanting jackass penguins at boulders beach
